Kim Kardashian came to the defense of fiancé Kanye West after he attacked an 18-year-old man on Monday for supposedly hurling derogatory words and obscenities on the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star in Beverly Hills medical building.

In a report by TMZ, which first broke the story, the teen who was reported to have called her a "n----r lover" also called her a slut and also threatened to kill her. The guy allegedly screamed at Kardashian, "I will kill you, slut" along with a slew of other racist rants.

Kardashian, according to TMZ, will file a police report in preparation to filing a charge against the teen for threatening her life.

The case was weird from the very beginning. The suspect reportedly just tried to help Kardashian when the paparazzi swarmed at her. When he screamed at the photographers, "F-k these fa---ot-ass n----rs," Karashian admonished her for using inappropriate language.

That set the suspect off who then directed her ire at Kardashian: "F--k you bitch.  Just trying to help you.  Shut up n----r lover, stupid slut."

According to UK's Mirror, Kardashian then called her fiancé who rushed inside and found the teen at the chiropractor's office. Without warning, Kanye pummelled the guy.

It wasn't the first time Kanye is in trouble for being hot-headed. He is already facing a charge for attacking a photographer at LAX in September last year.

Meanwhile, Radar Online called out Kanye for blowing up over the teen's use of the "N" word when his album "Yeezus" is replete with the racist term.

"The teen could have been excused for thinking the use of the term would fly with the couple since West is a frequent proponent of the "N-word," dropping it 36 times on his last album alone!"the tabloid website said.
