Hong Kong will be in for a treat.  For the first-time ever, BIG BANG's G-Dragon, Taeyang and Seungri will be larger than life in a special performance intended for fans in Hong Kong.  On February 15th,  the 3 members will get close to their VIPs in a mini-concert fan meeting show titled "Be My Valentine".

The event which will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on Valentine Saturday (February 15th) promises to be "the most indulgent, pampering and heartwarming show ever, bringing full levels of intimacy with audience in Hong Kong".   After all the trio featuring in the mini-concert-like fan event is known to be the most amiable towards VIPs.

BIG BANG, with the heights they have risen, have also grown in distance in terms of what they are able to do closely with their fans.  For the first time, it looks like the group, represented by G-Dragon, Taeyang and Seungri, is looking to reconnect with fans in this one-of-a-kind experience in Hong Kong

In the event, the featured members will be engaging in presenting their numerous solo performances and best group stages.  Other than a performance though, they will also have special sessions wherein fans will feel like they are on a date with the three members.

BIG BANG is known to set records in Hong Kong.  In the past, they became the first to hold three concerts in a single schedule with record 36,000 audiences.  This first fan event, "Be My Valentine: Fan Meeting in Hong Kong" is once again going to set new standards for K-pop events.   If groups with megastar status like BIG BANG can offer an event to be close to their fans then maybe so should everyone.

Admission prices are reasonable, ranging from 480 HKD (approx. $60 USD) to 1580 HKD (approx. $200 USD). Tickets start selling from 10 AM local time on January 28th Tuesday (Jan 27, Monday 9 PM, New York Time).  Since BIG BANG has sold out concert tickets in a relative short timetable in the past, high demand is to be expected for this event.   So, make sure to get your wallets and alarms ready!
