YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk Revealed The Reason Why He Had WINNER Take Some Acting Lessons

CEO of YG Entertainment Yang Hyun Suk has been very hands on with the career of K-Pop boy group WINNER. His methods have been strict when it comes to work and his focus is to enhance talents of each member. That's why he recently revealed that members of WINNER will take some acting lessons.

On January 31, Yang Hyun Suk made an appearance on Mnet's "WINNER TV" and talks about his plans about WINNER.

He revealed saying, "Since dramas are big in the overseas market right now, I had the WINNER members take acting lessons for the past couple of years or so. However, I haven't seen them act myself to assess their skills. I'm actually considering asking them to reenact the popular drama series, 'The Heirs' on 'WINNER TV.'"

He explained saying, "I think it will be a fun opportunity for WINNER to show fans and the public their potential for acting. I think Nam Tae Hyun would look best in a female disguise. I think the member who would be worst suited for the feminine look is Lee Seung Hoon."

On that same episode, WINNER also featured their own parody of hit drama 'The Heirs' and it lightened every viewer's feeling because of its comedic portrayal by each members.
