When Rain first released "Rain Effect," his comeback album after serving two years of military duty, he was asked which of his songs was dedicated to his girlfriend actress Kim Tae Hee.

He would not say whether he had dedicated a song to her but  the latest edition of his album includes a new track, a romantic song titled "I Love You."  Rain's "I Love You" lyrics are all about a man falling in love.

And some say it sounds like a proposal.
