2NE1's leader CL announced through her Instagram account that she is one of the newest faces of the cosmetic brand, Maybelline New York. Through Instagram CL exclaimed, "GUESS WHO'S THE NEW FACE OF MAYBELLINE NEW YORK !!!" The announcement included a photo where the artist can be seen wearing mixed textiles that are predominantly in black, yellow, and white. CL is no stranger to fashion endorsements, however, group mate Dara maintained more cosmetic endorsements. Along with the members of 2NE1, CL has served as a muse for famed designer Jeremy Scott. The announcement comes in time for F/W 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week which will be held in New York City from February 6^th through February 13^th.

Maybelline New York is the official cosmetic sponsor of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which increases the significance of the timing of the announcement by CL. Maybelline New York can be purchased in over one hundred and twenty-nine countries worldwide. The company has been at the forefront of introducing beauty products like the Korean cosmetic staple, BB Cream to worldwide audiences.  CL's endorsement of Maybelline New York adds to the possibility of the artist having an even greater reach into the beauty and entertainment community outside of Asia.

In addition to delivering the Maybelline New York announcement, 2NE1 also noted that their All or Nothing Tour would be making a stop on May 23^rd at Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 2NE1 is counting to the start of their tour which will begin in less than month at the Olympic Park SK Handball Stadium. The tour will accompany the highly anticipated comeback of YG Entertainment's girl group.
