Boy group BTS revealed celebratory self-camera photos for being a 1st place candidate on a music program for the first time since their debut 8 months ago.

On the episode of SBS "Inkigayo" aired yesterday, BTS ranked 3rd place. In their self-camera photos posted on their SNS, the members all held up the number 3 with their fingers.

BTS recently made their comeback with their new song "Boy In Luv". Even though the first place on this day went to Soyoo X JungGiGo, BTS had become a 1st place candidate for the first time only within 8 months of debut, showing off their popularity.

BTS said, "It's only been 8 months since our debut so we're so happy to be a 1st place candidate already. It's such a great honor for a new group like us. It's all thanks to the love that you've been showing us."
