How strong will 2NE1's comeback be?

2NE1 is known to be a group that delivers a fresh new sound when it comes to their comebacks. Every time they release a new mini-album or single, they always shock their fans with new looks and unorthodox performances. Last year, they had a small continuing presence in the music market with singles such as "Falling in Love", "Do You Love Me" and "I Miss You". The girl group, who has recently released their second album Crush on the 27^th at 12 A.M, has finally come back to the music scene with a full-on track list. The question is: how strong will their firepower be? Will they continue to shake the music market?

YG Entertainment's popular representative Yang Hyun Suk stated, "2NE1's new album is on a different level and class." There are various elements that could explain this statement from YG.

Music-wise, 2NE1 is known to experiment with several music genres that are not commonly used in contemporary K-Pop music. Also, 2NE1's unique style contributes to their overall public impact. Not only that, but also their fashion and music complement each other so well that it doesn't come off as strange, awkward or revolting. Rather, we perceive it as refreshing and hip.

The key to 2NE1's music is that, even though it is somewhat different due to its crossover genre, it is still easy to sing along to. It appeals to the public because they implement catchy melodies, giving it their own twist.

Yang Hyun Suk further added, "For a product to be presented to the public, it first has to be accepted by YG. If we don't like what we hear or see then it won't be available to audiences.  2NE1's comeback and album has not only been approved by YG but also by music professionals and selected fans."
