No Need To Explain – THIS Is Infinite

Many people tried to tell INFINITE that they're not ready for a world tour. As if to prove the doubters wrong, Infinite successfully finished their world tour. After 6 months of touring, they have set foot in Seoul, Korea and proved that they are one of the foremost idol groups in Korea. It's as if they were stating "This is INFINITE".

They had an encore concert in Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnastic Park with the title 'INFINITE - ONE GREAT STEP RETURNS'.

Their world tour began from Seoul in August of 2013. They toured Hong Kong, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Kobe, Yokohama, Taiwan, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Beijing, Los Angeles, New York, Lima, London, and Paris. They poured out all that they had left to official bring the tour a full circle.

Their stage was made in a big T shape, and they combined special effects of all sorts to make the show amazing. This is a summary of their encore concert.

First off, their entrance was amazing. They ran through three songs, "Destiny", "TicToc", and "Paradise" clad in red and black to highlight their masculinity.

They changed their clothes to wear semi-suits for the next section of the concert and lead the audience captive with a pair of romantic songs. This was a constant throughout the night - they matched their clothes with the songs that they were performing. Of course, the special effects were spot on as well.

This concert was also the introduction of a few Unit groups that will branch off of Infinite. Sungkyu, who released a solo album in 2012, performed "41 Days" from that album. Hoya and Dongwoo came to form Infinite H and performed their new song, "Alone". Woohyun sang a song that he wrote, titled "If I Close My Eyes". L, Sungyeol, Sungjong formed another unit group, Infinite F, and sang "Heartbeat".

Sungkyu addressed the audience after his song, saying, "Everyone else are singing new songs, but I'm revisiting an old one. It's still a song that I like very much. Even though I'm not good with numbers, most of my songs have numbers in them."

Infinite H stated that they wrote the lyrics for the song that they performed, saying "We wrote the lyrics and included our story in it. We worked a bit on the music as well."

Infinite F stated that their original name was "Myung Wang Sung (lit. Pluto)", which was invented by putting together one word from the three members' names. They explained with a joking smile, "We didn't want to be Myung Wang Sung because it's not even a planet anymore, so requested a name change to Infinite F. F is obviously for 'flowers' because we're the best looking members in Infinite".

A little quip here and a little quip there made the concert very fun. The fans were engaging and laughing through the jokes that Infinite members threw out.

While Infinite reigns as one of the best dancing groups in K-Pop, it wasn't just their dances that mesmerized the crowd. It was how they were able to correspond to the various nuances of the songs that they performed. They were flying on the stage, adding something here and there to make the performance appear new every time.

Their world tour footage will be compiled and released as a movie very soon. Because they spent half of 2013 internationally, Infinite is now looking to cater again to their Korean fans. They are currently appearing on Mnet's "This Is Infinite". They are looking to promote both unit groups this year, so 2014 looks to be the year of Infinite once again.

They will have one last encore concert on March 1st at the same location.
