Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel divorce rumors hit a new high when the "Total Recall" actress goes solo to the red carpet event at the 2014 Oscars Sunday night.

Despite the divorce rumors, Jessica Biel still managed to look beautiful in a Chanel couture dress that hugged her tight body. The stunning gown at least addessed rumors regarding her pregnancy, according to upi.com. 

However, Justin Timberlake's absence only fueled the rumors that the couple are on the verge of divorce after two years of marriage.

When quizzed by reporters: Jessica Biel was quick to point out: "[Justin Timberlake is] out on tour, busy working."

The "Sexy Back" singer is currently on the road in the US for his "20/20 World Experience Tour."

After the red carpet ceremony, Jessica Biel ditched her expensive gown and switched to a more casual denim jeans and long-sleeved shirt during her birthday on Monday. She also cradled a jacked for a short hop to the plane in Los Angeles Airport presumably to see her husband in Fort Lauderdale, TX, MailOnline reported.

Perhaps, Justin Timberlake would get a surprise visit from  wife Jessica Biel.

Aside from Jessica Biel's restaurant, the actress also wrapped up her latest project "Shiva and May" which is about a yoga instructress who wants to protect her sister from her boyfriend.

Jessica Biel's restaurant in Santa Monica is called "Au Fudge" and it's going to be a place "where A-listers would feel comfortable bringing their kids to dine and take part in cooking activities," said Page Six.

Both their busy schedules might put a strain on their relationship, particularly Jessica Biel, the grandnanny of Justin Timberlake said in an earlier interview.

"I think Jessica finds that really tough. She's on her own a good deal," Sadie Bomar told Sun. "If he's not coming back at night that puts a strain on things, of course it does. It's hard to keep it all going but you have to have faith to keep it all going."

"They are married but they are so busy, both of them, it's hard going," she added. "I'm sure when it's right to have children they will, but not now."
