Girl group KARA's Han Seungyeon is being cast in dramas left and right and continuing her acting activities.

Last year Han Seungyeon starred in SBS drama "Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love" and started her full-fledged acting career. She's currently starring in cable channel SBS Plus drama "Her Lovely Heels" as the female lead Shin Ji Hoo, and is working with male lead Oh Tae Soo, which is played by model and actor Hong Jong Hyun. She's taken a female lead in one year following "Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love".

Not only that, Han Seungyeon has also been cast in MBC's new drama "Jang Bori Is Here!" which is scheduled to air its first episode in April. The KARA member is plowing forward as an acting idol. In the drama she will play the part of Joo Ga Eul, the princess-wanna-be little sister to Joo Sang Woo (played by Oh Chang Suk) and Joo Chan Woo (played by Kim Ji Hoon).

Han Seungyeon's appearance in "Jang Bori Is Here!" is interesting because it was 50 episodes, which is relatively longer than the 24-episode "Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love" and 10-episode "Her Lovely Heels". She would need more stamina and acting skills for this longer project.

Will Seungyeon be able to save KARA? With Kang Jiyoung and Nicole leaving the group, KARA's future is uncertain. But Seungyeon's acting will show that the members are still alive and kicking. Will KARA be able to stand up strong with just 3 members?
