'Hallyu Stars' TVXQ-BoA-T-ARA Rank In 'Top 10' On Japan Oricon Chart

Many K-pop artists have been taking over the 'Top 10' on Japan's Oricon charts.

On March 5, Oricon revealed that TVXQ, BoA and T-ARA head ranked in the 'Top 10' on the daily chart.

TVXQ (U-Know Yunho, Max Changmin) sold 156,491 copies of their 7th Japan album, TREE, and gained much attention.

BoA also released her 34th single, Shout It Out, in Japan and ranked number 9 on the charts.

Group T-ARA's (Boram, Qri, Soyeon, Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon, Dani) 9th single, Lead The Way/ LA'booN, was also seen on the chart at number 7.

It seems that K-Pop has been taking over not only Asia but also around the globe as more K-pop artists have been seen ranked in various countries charts as well.

Idol band, CNBlue (Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk, Lee Jung Shin) also took the number one spot in the Oricon chart, with their live music DVD, "2013 Arena tour DVD - One More Time."

Recently, Super Junior's Dong Hae and Eun Hyuk's first project studio album, "Ride Me," also took the number one spot, in the Oricon Daily Album Chart. They will also be hosting their first Japan tour titled, "Super Junior D&E The 1st Japan Tour 2014." This tour will take place until May 10th, in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kobe, Niigata, and Saporo.
