Singer Lee Jung made his debut as a music video director for Mnet's "The Voice of Korea" participant Ji Se Hee.

Lee Jung produced the music video for Ji Se Hee's first mini album Blooming's title song "Burst Out" to be released on the 11^th; Lee Jung involved himself in the shooting, production, and editing of the music video for his agency junior Ji Se Hee.

According to sources, the music video of Ji Se Hee's "Burst Out" carries a couple's tears over their tragic love and breakup. The shooting used techniques employed in TVXQ, EXO, and Taeyang's music video and choreography clips.

Meanwhile, the other title song in the mini album is composed, written, and arranged by Kangta, who gave the song to Ji Se Hee as a gift. Blooming will be released on the 11^th.
