Singer LYn To Be First Korean Female Ballad Singer To Attend China 'QQ Music Awards'

Singer LYn will be the first Korean female ballad singer to promote in China.

Lyn will be attending China's 'QQ Music Awards' on March 27 as the female vocalist representative of Korea an officially begin her hallyu promotions.

Her attendance at the 'QQ Music Awards' will be her first overseas event that she will be attending and is a first for a Korean female ballad artist to be invited to this ceremony.

After releasing her OST for the SBS drama, "My Love From The Stars," she gained much attention in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and more and ranked number 1 on iTunes.

Even after the hit drama was over, her new album that she released on March 6 also gained much attention from fans in China as well.

The popularity of her OST, "My Destiny," and her new album gained so much interest in China that they invited her to the event and will begin her overseas promotions as well.

Lyn also recently announced her solo concert titled, "Home," which will take place on May 17th at Ewha University. Since the release of her 8th studio album, "Le Grand Bleu", her title song, "I Miss You... I Cry", took the number one spots in various MP3 sites in real time downloading charts.

This is her first solo concert since last October. 

She also arranged the stage for her "Home" concert with a minimal amount of instruments, so that she can be with her fans in a more up close and personal way. She is expected to sing "My Destiny" along with her new songs in the new album.
