As the "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 finale approaches, spoilers on season 5 has already surfaced!

"In the fourth-season finale, the girls get answers about Ali and the night she vanished after they come face-to-face with her," says the official "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 finale episode synopsis.

But according to spoilers by E! Online, the finale could put one of our beloved Liars in mortal danger, given the casting news about the season 5 premiere.

Reportedly, a paramedic and two surgeons will grace the "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 premiere, meaning someone will be needing some life-saving after the finale.

But who is in danger?!

Well, despite the fact that Alison is in more danger than ever now that more and more people know she's alive, it seems she will remain a factor in "Pretty Little Liars" season 5.

"Not only will Ali play a major part in next Tuesday’s season finale, but you can expect to see a lot more of her going forward," writes TVLine's Michael Ausiello.

"Though she’ll remain her usual secretive self — and we wouldn’t have her any other way — she’ll have less need to lurk in the shadows."

Season 5 will premiere during the summer of 2014, and will reportedly consist of a Holiday episode. In addition, the 100th episode will air during season 5, and executive producer Marlene King will "do something special."
