On Twitter, Facebook, and Pastel Music's Youtube account, Kwon Ji An uploaded the teaser clip of title song "Special" of her new album I am Like Fresh Ice Cream and 31.

The revealed teaser shows the natural and free Kwon Ji An on her trip to New York. The clip ends with the captions: "The story of the special girl, Kwon Ji An".

The lyrics to the title song "Special" was written by Kwon Ji An herself, confessing her life story and bringing hope and positivity to those around her.

The music was written by musician Woo Yeon Joo, who is loved for her mystical voice and unique style.
