Solbi's special mini album I am Fresh Like Ice Cream and 31 was released through online music stores today. The music video for the title song "Special" was also released.

Kwon Ji An released the music video and album today. The music video of "Special" featured Kwon Ji An roaming the streets of New York's Soho and Brooklyn, looking relaxed in the new environment.

Kwon Ji An wrote the lyrics for "Special", telling her personal story and message of hope. Musician Woo Yeon Joo contributed to the music-writing and producing.

Kwon Ji An's new album consists of six songs including title track "Special", ballad "Drank Too Much Alcohol", "Everlasting Love", and duet song "Parting to Be More Beautiful than Love" with musician Rubin.

The special album was produced by Kwon Ji An herself and producer Kwon Myung Ki, who is the producer of "Groove All Stars", Korea's first brass funk band.
