As "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 ends and season 5 begins, spoilers regarding the fate of its cast members have surfaced.

First, despite a cliffhanger of a season finale, spoilers by TVGuide confirms that Ian Harding aka Ezra will return to season 5 despite being in mortal danger.

"I did sign a contract for [season 5]," confirms Harding.

”I think he’s a good guy. I think he’s a misled fellow, in the sense that he really wanted to get to the bottom of this whole situation and I think he has a lot of self-loathing so he tries to squash that by finding out the truth of the situation. So he’s just so driven and obsessed with it that he did some very, very, very morally questionable stuff.”

But according to spoilers by E! Online, the finale could put one of our beloved Liars in mortal danger, given the casting news about the season 5 premiere.

Reportedly, a paramedic and two surgeons will grace the "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 premiere, meaning all hands are on deck to save Ezra's life.

In addition, spoilers from executive producer Marlene King confirm that "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 will see the return of Lucas aka actor Brendan Robinson.

"It's a season of reunions and homecomings and now that Ali's back, an army will be mobilized, but 'A's' not in it. Lucas will leave his bunk beds and head back to Rosewood High, and an unexpected 'PLL' will spiral with her boyfriend," writes King on pllsneakpeek.com.

And lastly, while "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 won't see the return of Caleb during the premiere, he will make his grand entrance during the 100th episode.
