‘Drop Dead Diva’ Season 6 Cast Margaret Cho Shows Some Love For LGBT In Atlanta; Actress Unaffected By Series’ Cancellation?

"Drop Dead Diva" season 6 cast Margaret Cho showed some love for the LGBT in Atlanta as she guested in the Episode 69 podcast with interviewer Ian Aber. The actress is also seemingly unaffected by the series' cancellation fueled, no doubt, by her upcoming movies and TV shows.

Margaret Cho and co-host Jim Short of "Monsters of Talk" recorded the podcast in Atlanta's Laughing Skull Lounge, which the "Drop Dead Diva" season 6 cast described as her second home.

According to the blogsite Project Q Atlanta, Margaret Cho has been very generous with her time for the LGBT in Atlanta when she's in town filming for "Drop Dead Diva" season 6.

Project Q is a website that caters to gay men, lesbians, transgender people, "and all of those that make up our queer village." The website was adjudged as "Best Gay Website/Blog in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013."

Ian Aber has been trying to record on podcast "gay-friendly comics," including "Drop Dead Diva" season 6 cast Margaret Cho.

"I kind of act at the ambassador of brunch. I talk about working at Chick-fil-a as a teenager, flirting with a guy as a teen using Smiths lyrics, why i love guys with Southern accents," Ian Aber told Project Q.

Lifetime has announced that "Drop Dead Diva" season 6 would be its last but Margaret Cho seems to be unaffected. Of course, she already snagged another role as Ms. Ghetty in the upcoming movie "Senior Project."

According to the official website for the film, "Senior Project" is about five teens who have to rush to finish their school projects and cram what should have been a year-long work in "one crazy weekend."

"Drop Dead Diva" season 6 cast Margaret Cho is also in pre-production as Laura for the TV movie "Cabot College" and Hilda on the upcoming movie "Undateable John."
