Singer BoA showed honesty about her academic history.

In KBS 'Win Win' that was filmed recently, BoA said "I entered junior high school early because of good grades."

She continued, "But when I started working in Japan, I couldn't go to school that often. So I had to quit school and take the GED, speeding through high school with it. I thought about going to college too, but I thought because of my career as a singer, I'll end up being a 'ghost student'. I didn't want to go to school just to show people that I go to school."

She also added, "You can't have everything. Instead of going to school, I piled up experience as a singer. I'm thankful that I'm able to be loved by doing what I love to do."
