On the nineteenth episode of KBS drama 'Love Rain', the meeting of Jung Hana (Yoona) and Suh Joon (Jang Keun Suk) was featured. During the episode, Suh Joon could not hide his happiness from finally seeing Jung Hana again and decides to ask her out on a date. Another scene that was featured is where Girls' Generation member Yoona crying in Jang Keun Suk's arms.

Hana (Yoona) discovers that her mother Yun Hee (Lee Mi Sook) has been gradually losing her vision and becomes devastated. During this time of misery, Suh Joon (Jang Keun Suk) is the only person that Hana can rely on. Hana answers Suh Joon's phone call and says, 'I didn't know anything. My heart is broken and I got so scared. I can't even imagine how my mom is feeling right now,' and began to choke up.

After hearing Hana's voice, Suh Joon showed up at Hana's door to calm her down. When Suh Joon saw her he said, 'It's okay, it's really okay." and hugged Hana tightly in his arms. Hana began to cry but Suh Joon eventually calmed her down. Suh Joon and Hana showed each other their true feelings for each other once more from this tragic event. However, Suh Joon's mother Hye Jung (Yu Hye Ri) disapproved of their love even more.

Suh Joon's mother Hye Jung resented the fact that her ex-husband In Ha (Jung Jin Young) was dating Yun Hee again and projected all of her anger at Hana. Hye Jung stated, 'Don't you two ever think about your parents?' and tried to give them guilt for something that was out of their control. As a response, Suh Joon replied, 'Take your anger out on me.' Suh Joon had figured out the truth behind why his mother was behaving this way.

As a result of all the drama, Suh Joon begins to feel sympathy for his dad. Suh Joon says, 'I always believed that I will never understand my father. When I began to like Hana, I began to learn what it was like to like somebody and I began to understand my father's past. And I'm beginning to realize how my father must have felt when he chose to give it all up for me.'
