Since they are the same age, it was only a matter of time before SHINee's Onew and actor Seo Ha Joon become friends.

Onew joined SBS's "Law of the Jungle" back in January amid a warm welcome from the cast members.

That is also when actor Suh Ha Joon "confessed" that he and Onew were the same age despite his elderly appearances. Onew immediately called Ha Joon by his name, calling out, "Ha Joon!" This was the beginning of their friendship.

They were never far apart from one another. Seo Ha Joon complimented Onew by telling Onew that he was stronger than Ha Joon expected. He also taught Onew how to successfully start a fire.

In the in-between interviews during the show, Onew stated his affection for Ha Joon, stating, "I've met a friend that I can share my innermost thoughts with. We decided to be friends away from the show as well." Ha Joon also stated, "I was able to endure the hardships thanks to Onew. I wish and hope that our friendship continues."

Their friendship will be aired on the coming episode of "Law of the Jungle".
