BoA, TVXQ’s Yunho Share About ‘IAM’ Film, Screening Begins Today in Japan

SM Entertainment’s documentary film ‘IAM’ featuring 32 artists have begun screening in Japan from today June 2 in 29 theatres (11 additional theatres will begin screening from June 23, 31).

The film ‘IAM: SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IN MAIDSON SQUARE GARDEN’ is a documentary film centered on the performance of ‘SMTOWN Live in New York’ held at Madison Square Garden as well as unseen footages, live performances, interviews and behind the scene footages.

A video of BoA and TVXQ’s Yunho sharing about the film ‘IAM’ was released today through Facebook and YouTube.

BoA shared, “Hello, this is BoA. The film featuring the artists of SM Entertainment is now also released in Japan. The film includes our live performance, interview video, as well as unseen footages before so I believe fans will really enjoy it. Please enjoy the film,” in Japanese to the local fans.

TVXQ’s Yunho was asked how he felt about hearing the film of ‘IAM’ for the first time he shared, “I was surprised and happy at the same time. I was touched that our stories can turn into a film.”

“On the other hand it was very exciting. As we can reveal our past self and current image to our fans, I believe watching the film many people could relate to us more and realize that we have made steady and persistent effort. I believe it will be very heart touching film.”

The film ‘IAM’ is to screen in limited theatres all around Japan from June 2.
