Kourtney Kardashian's wedding to Scott Disick may not happen after all but it's not because they are giving way to North West's parents, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who have reportedly decided on the venue in France for their upcoming nuptial.

"It's not happening," E! News quoted an insider as saying.

"They're very happy as is. It's a story the tabloids revisit constantly but there's no truth to it and never has been."

Kourtney Kardashian's wedding has been bandied about in various media outlets and the rumors only went a little crazy following the death of Scott Disick's father, Jeffrey, in January this year, which came almost three months after his mother, Bonnie, died in November. They were both 63 years old.

The deaths of Scott Disick's parents were instrumental on why Kourtney Kardashian changed her mind to accept his wedding proposal, Life&Style said.

Kourtney Kardashian's wedding was supposed to happen in Punta Mita, Mexico in the luxury five-star hotel owned by their close friend, Joe Francis. They apparently were impressed by the location and service when they vacationed there in January.

Kourtney Kardashian's wedding with Scott Disick was supposedly going to be intimate but that doesn't mean they are scrimping on the budget as MailOnlinereported that spending a night at their destination nuptial, Casa Aramara, will cost a cool $30,000. If it had happened, that is.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were snapped going around on several boutiques in Paris on Monday but the "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star seemed to have taken interest in Château Louis XIV for their May 24 wedding, NY Daily News reported.

The Château Louis XIV is located in Louveciennes, just outside the city, and supposedly modeled after the Palace of Versailles. The sprawling location has two swimming pools, huge garden and 50-foot ceilings which will only add to the majesty and romance of the wedding.
