The first episode of 'Big' featuring Korean goddesses Lee Min Jung and miss A member Suzy receives only 7.9% viewing rate!

Drama 'Big' first episode aired on KBS on June 4. Famous actors like Gong Yoo, Lee Min Jung and miss A's Suzy appears in the drama; which is why the drama received a significant amount of attention even before the first episode was aired.

During the first episode, the souls of Seo Yoon Jae (Gong Yoo) and Kang Kyung Joon (Shin Won Ho) become switched. Seo Yoon Jae gets into an accident while on his way to meet his fiancé Gil Da Ran (Lee Min Jung). When Seo Yoon Jae wakes up, it’s actually Kang Kyung Jun in Seo Yoon Jae’s body. Kang Kyung Jun sees his body in coma and becomes devastated.

Gil Da Ran hesitate when his fiancé keeps saying that he is an 18 year old Kang Kyung Jun and not Seo Yoon Jae. Even though Da Ran doubts Yoon Jae's sanity, she eventually begins to believe that the two men's souls have indeed been switched.

Lee Min Jung showed the audience a new side of her. From comedic scenes to emotional scenes, Lee Min Jung flawlessly pulled it off. Viewers praised her for her ability to take on a unique character like Gil Da Ran.

The first episode received 7.9% viewing rate, which was the lowest for dramas that aired during that time. However, the anticipation built up for the performances of Korean goddesses Lee Min Jung and miss A’s Suzy still remains very high.
