Connie Talbot, "Tears Upon The Ferry Incident... I Wanted To Help Through Donations"

Singer Connie Talbot revealed her mournful heart regarding the sunken ferry incident and talked about why she decided to donate to the cause.

Today, Connie Talbot held a press conference for "Connie And Friends' Happy Concert" at a live cafe in Seoul, where she talked about how she feels about her upcoming concert.

Connie Talbot also talked about the ferry incident. She said, "When I first heard the news, my family and I cried a lot. What could we possibly do? We realized that no matter what we do we can't do anything about the sadness. So I thought that if my donation could be of help, then I could do that."

Connie's mother Sharon Talbot said, "Korea is a special place to us. They always welcomed us. When we first heard of the incident, we thought that holding a concert at this moment wouldn't be right. But looking at SNS, we thought that giving energy to the nation through the concert would be good too so we decided to give our income as a donation."

Connie said, "I'm so happy to be visiting Korea again. It's a sad moment but I'm so glad to be here."
