EXO Luhan Takes His First Role In Acting In Chinese Movie

EXO Luhan will be making his acting debut in a Chinese movie.

On April 23, media revealed that he would be playing a role in the Chinese movie, "Mid-Twenties" along with Wilson Chen and other stars.

This movie is a remake of the Korean movie, "Miss Granny," which was directed by Hwang Dong Hyun.

This movie is about an old man in his seventies who has the opportunity to return to his mid-twenties. .

Luhan is set to play the grandson of the female lead.

"Mid-Twenties" is set to crank in on May 20.

Luhan is currently busy in China with EXO-M and their new album, Overdose. SM Entertainment released a statement saying that EXO-M's promotional schedule is being adjusted due to Luhan's filming.

Readjustments for the promotional schedule may also have to be made as the release date of the group's upcoming EP had to be postponed due to recent events in South Korea.

The group's talent agency announced last Friday that the release of Overdose has been rescheduled as families wait for the return of the missing passengers on the sunken ferry.

According to Inquirer.net, SM Entertainment announced on its official website, "After discussions with the members over the upcoming schedule, we have decided to indefinitely put off the April 21 release date of the album."

The agency wrote, "We ask for fans' understanding, since the decision is our expression of condolence to the victims and our hope for the safe return of the missing passengers."

Fans have been speculating that Overdose may be released on April 30, but as stated, the date is still up in the air.

Despite the delay of the release date, EXO-M reportedly made an explosive comeback in China as they performed their song "Overdose" on Global Chinese Music.

24-7 Kpop reports that EXO-M performed the song for the first time and showcased powerful vocals and perfect choreography in the process.
