The couple confirmed their relationship back in March 2012 although reports about the Olivia Munn and Joel Kinnaman split were scant even if they "ended things a few months ago," sources told Us Weekly.

During a promotional even at the Today show, "The Killing" actor told the panel why he loves "The Newsroom" star because "she's a lot of fun."

The Olivia Munn and Joel Kinnaman split, however, does not change things for the former pair since they were long-time friends before becoming an item, a source toldUs, so they remained good friends despite the breakup.

For the May 14 issue of Allure magazine, Olivia Munn dished out on her relationship with Joel Kinnaman: "If there was ever going to be a girl who would want her man to bring home a RoboCop suit, it would be me. Joel is truly fantastic in it,"

Olivia Munn was certainly heartbroken by the Joel Kinnaman split, but it wasn't the first time. She used to date Justin Timberlake and Chris Pine of "Star Trek."
