Persona 5 Release Date News Incoming During Dark Hour Live Stream? Persona 3 Movie #2 Trailer Plus Mystery Atlus Announcement: Persona Q Or Dancing All Night?

On May 3 in Japan, Atlus is planning on making a surprise announcement for one of its upcoming projects, making many think that Persona 5 might get an exact 2015 release date very soon.

According to NZGamer, a "super important" announcement related to the Persona franchise will follow the trailer for "Persona 3 The Movie #2: Midsummer Knight's Dream."

"Midsummer Knight's Dream" follows the story of Persona 4 closely, where Makoto Yuki inadvertently finds himself getting involved in S.E.E.S. after awakening his Persona. Where as "Persona 3 The Movie: Chapter 1, Spring of Birth" takes place during spring time, the second movie transition to summer.

All this will be taking place during a live stream entitled Dark Hour TV Persona Hour on the Japanese streaming website Nico Nico from 11:20 to 11:30pm, JST. But what could be the additional announcement?

Currently, there are four new confirmed titles in the works for Atlus, including Persona 5 for PS3, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth for the 3DS, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax for PS3 and Xbox 360, and Persona 4: Dancing All Night for PS Vita.

Although many titles sound enticing, loyal fans are most excited for any news on Persona 5, the long awaited sequel for the critically acclaimed RPG series.

Although we know it has a 2015 release date, perhaps Atlus will officially announce a release date so fans can stop wondering.

Reportedly, Persona 5 will deal with the hardships of modern society using characters who are restrained by the rules set by today's standards. Players will have be confronts with trials and chains that they have to overcome to be liberated.
