Singer Baek Ji Young received much attention after being a judge on the global audition program, "VK-POP SUPERSTAR."
Back in February, she headed to Vietnam and came on the show as a judge and mentor for the contestants.
After her appearance on the show, she has been gaining a lot of love from local fans in Vietnam.
Many fans of the show left comments such as, "She is such a professional, her advice and honesty is genuine", "She is so pretty and so is her heart" and "She is so kind and am now a fan of hers."
Baek Ji Young, also known as the "Queen of Ballads" will be making a comeback this month, according to Yahoo Celebrity Philippines.
Baek's agency, WS Entertainmanet, told enews on May 2, "Baek Ji Young will be releasing two digital singles on May 7 and 19. She has been carefully preparing for the albums during this difficult time."
This will reportedly be the singer's return to the Korean music industry in one year and four months since releasing "Hate" last January.
WS Entertinament's rep said, "She was planning on coming back sooner but the release date was postponed due to the overlap of several incidents. She has already finished recording them and has only a few final steps left, including filming music videos."
Baek Ji Young has been focusing on married life with actor Jung Seok Won, who she wed last June.
The singer recently opened up on JTBC's "Witch Hunt" about keeping herself "young" for her husband, who is 9 years her junior, according to Allkpop.
When host Shin Dong Yup stated, "The interesting thing is when Baek Ji Young goes to a gathering with Jung Suk Won's friends, couples would go there together, right?"
The comedian added, "If there was a girl way younger, what was the age difference?"
"Seventeen years. That's why I said earlier, the answer is not 'I do not try to look younger.' You have to try really hard to appear young," stated Baek.
