This will be the "Amazing Spider-Man 2" actor's debut as "Saturday Night Live" host; however, he has appeared on the show once before, Fansided reports. Andrew Garfield appeared on "SNL" back on November 12, 2011 when his girlfriend and "Amazing Spider-Man 2" co-star Emma Stone hosted the show.

Fansided reports that British rock band Coldplay has been the musical guest in each "SNL" episode Garfield has appeared on.

Watch the promo clip below! Garfield reminds "SNL" cast member Bobby Moynihan that he doesn't play Batman or Superman, and delivers a promo in American and dog accents. Garfield is also warned that he needs to be as good a host as his girlfriend Emma Stone, who was so great they renamed Studio 8H after her. At the end of the promo, Andrew comes down with a case of the giggles, CBS News reports.
