g.o.d confirmed the title of their main track to be "Ugly Duckling".

On May 7, Sidus HQ, who will take care of g.o.d's promotional activities, stated that g.o.d will use the temporary title "Ugly Duckling" as its official title: "The song will be released tomorrow".

"Ugly Duckling" is a ballad song by Duble Sidekick. The trendy and warm style unique to g.o.d will be portrayed through the song.

The song is g.o.d's first project to celebrate their 15th anniversary. Entire proceedings will go to the victim and families of the Sewol incident.

The group had released their seventh album without member Yoon Gye Sang in 2005; now they return with a full band after 9 years - 12 years since Yoon Gye Sang left the group.

g.o.d also plans a concert on July 12-13. Staff stated that promotional activities will be low-key, mostly involving concerts.

Internet users claimed: "You guys are hot!", "Show us 15 years' worth of experience!", "The real god has come back!"

Meanwhile, g.o.d debuted in 1999 and rose to stardom with "To Mother". They earned the title "national idol" through their many hit songs.
