Another controversy surrounding LiLo is she's reportedly hiding from Oprah Winfrey.

According to documents obtained by Radar Online, Lindsay Lohan was served during the Christmas and New Year holidays but she never sent her reply which forced the court to find her in default.

However, the attorney for the actress petitioned the court to bide more tim citing the Lindsay Lohan's miscarriage and her rehab stint as the reason why she didn't respond on time.

In the papers she filed, Lindsay Lohan claimed that her attorney couldn't contact her while she was in rehab and was unable to reach her after moving back to New York when she completed her three-month program.

"I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage."
