The Tumblr photo came in the aftermath of the Internet backlash that the picture of 13-year-old Willow Smith in bed with a shirtless 20-year-old actor Moises Arias because of the inappropriateness of the black and white image.

Willow Smith's mother, Jada Pinkett-Smith, came to her defense claiming the photo was nothing more than an "expression of art."

The latest photo that seems to confirm the Kylie Jenner dating Jaden Smith rumors showed the 15-year-old actor with only Calvin Klein underwear on, sitting on the bed in between the legs of the 16-year-old model.

Kylie Jenner was wearing a tank top and pyjamas with marijuana leaves for design. They do not appear to be alone in the photo as somebody's leg can be seen on the left side.

Because she wanted to "help out," John Petro guided her gloved hand on top of his as he inked the tat.

TMZ called the act "both stupid and not entirely legal" as according to the L.A. County Department of Public Health, only people above 18 can ink tattoos and that means Kylie Jenner "could face a fine."
