On May 28, Sidus IHQ revealed that 4Minute and BEAST's entertainment company Cube Entertainment was now listed on the KOSDAQ.

Sidus IHQ stated that Cube Entertainment will merge with WooriSpec2 and now plan to expand into a global K-Pop brand.

WooriSpec2 will hold a general stockholders' meeting to ready themselves for the merge on October 17.

Cube Entertainment, established in 2008, has become one of 4 major K-Pop brands along with SM, YG, and JYP.

Musicians such as BEAST, 4Minute, G.NA, BTOB, and Troublemaker, and actors Jo Seo Ha, Oh Ye Ri, and comedian Kim Gi Ri are managed by Cube.

This year, Cube Entertainment's main plans are BEAST's second album and Japan promotions this June, as well as 4Minute's Europe promotions. Through collaboration with Universal Music, they expect a profit of about $4,000,000.
