May has come and gone, but it left a trail of fantastic new K-Pop songs for old and new fans alike.

With so many idol groups, rookies, and old stars making comebacks and debuts, it may be hard for even the most devout fans to keep up to date on all the new music.

With stars signed to major labels being the most accessible to fans abroad, many talents Korean singers find themselves getting overlooked.

Here are some of the best releases from the past month that you may have missed.

Megan Lee (feat. Yong Junhyung) - "8dayz"

Finally K-Pop embraces a bit of country twang with Korea's newest young star Megan Lee. This song has everything an innocent pop track needs - a bit of acoustic guitar, a fun hook, and an adorable video. This surely won't be the last we see of Megan Lee.

Jung In & Gary (of LeeSsang) - "Your Scent"

LeeSsang's Gary (who also stars as one of the cast members of the hit variety show Running Man) teamed up with his long time friend Jung In once again for a new track that is a fun blend of their two very different styles. The sultry Jung In shines in "Your Scent" and is complimented well by Gary's unique, off-beat rap technique.

May Jun (feat. 11 Ho) - "I Don't Even Know"

K-Pop has a new balladeer in the mix as May Jun made his debut earlier this month with "I Don't Even Know."
Showcasing an impressive vocal range and falsetto, May Jun delivered a powerful first track that is sure to gain him attention in the long run.

Urban Zakapa - "Like a Bird"

The mellow-jazz infused "Like a Bird" is yet another solid release from popular Korean group Urban Zakapa. The song features sweet harmonies and a music video reminiscent of the warm spring weather.

Dia and Kiss & Cry - "Bad Girl"

Falling into trend with power female vocalists belting sultry tunes, Dia teams up with Kiss & Cry for a new K-Pop feminist anthem with "Bad Girl." Infused with jazz and R&B rhythms, "Bad Girl" should be a new addition to any K-Pop fan's music library.
