Singer Seo In Guk graced the covers of the top 4 magazines in Taiwan, showcasing his rising global popularity.

Last month, the "I Love U" singer held his "Live Show in Taipei 2014," which ultimately led to Seo receiving the spotlight from these 4 magazines.

He reportedly received a huge response from fans, media and broadcast companies upon arrival in Taiwan.

"Seo In Guk seemed very genuine and nice as he stopped to say hi to his fans as he entered the airport. He is 'Asia's sweet guy,'" stated various media outlets in Taiwan.

After his first fan meeting, Seo In Guk performed many of his hit songs including "No Matter What" and "With Laughter or With Tears." He also sang his new song "BOMTANABA" for the first time as well.

"This is the first time to have a fan meeting in Taiwan, and this experience is going to remain in my memory for my life time. Thank you," stated Seo during his fan meeting on May 24 at Taipei 101.

The singer has recently been cast in the upcoming tvN drama "High School King," which is set to replace "Witch's Romance" in two weeks, according to Allkpop.

Another teaser trailer was released featuring Seo In Guk, who will be playing Lee Min Suk, a high school student that ends up taking over as the director of major company in place of his older brother Lee Hyung Suk.

Seo's character ends up leading a double life throughout the drama, as he juggles his life as a director and as a naïve high school student and ice hockey star.

Seo In Guk, Lee Ha Na, Lee Soo Hyuk, Lee Yeol Eum were spotted doing a script reading recently for the drama, which will air on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Lee Ha Na will be playing Seo's co-worker Jung Soo Young while Lee Soo Hyuk will take on the role of management chief Yoo Jin Woo. The three are expected to have a love triangle within the story's plot.
