NU'EST's Ren Released His Solo Teaser Photo To Kick Off Their New Album

The teaser photos for NU'EST's new album 'Re:BIRTH' has finally kicked off. The first artist to release his solo teaser is Ren. Ren has returned with his trademark; which is a "soft" image and masculine turn. Ren is able to do both a mixture of casual sexy with an hint of flower boy to spice up and get NU'EST fans excited.

NU'EST fans are wondering what type of concept the guys will bring because their album teaser photo cover shows their handsome faces; which they have a mask on. Also, the members are wearing white suits; which is one that a person will wear in psych wards. NU'EST reportedly plans to reveal a different concept with their first album; which is going to be released two years after their debut.

NU'EST, which stands for New Established Style and Tempo is a five member group that consist of JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren; which the guys is signed under Pledis Entertainment. Before the guys came together, they were backup dancers for AS Blue's single "Wonder Boy" music video; which they even participated on stage with them.

JR was also featured in After School's Uee's solo song titled, "Sok Sok Sok"; which he was later dubbed as "Bangkok Boy" after appearing on Orange Caramel's "Bangkok City" music video. For Minhyun, he was in Orange Caramel's "Shanghai Romance" music video. Baekho was in After School's music video titled "Play Ur Love." Lastly, the guys were featured on the holiday song titled, "Love Letter"; which they were with labelmates Son Dam Bi and After School.

NU'EST has done a great job to get themselves recognized as they have won awards in South Korea and internationally. NU'EST won the "Best Male Rookie" award for the Korean Updates Awards ceremony. The guys also won the "Super Rookie Idol" award at the Arirang's Simply K-Pop Awards ceremony. NU'EST also won the "Top New Artist" award at the K-Pop Lovers! Awards ceremony in 2012 and was nominated for "Rookie of the Year-Male Group" award at the Soompi France Awards ceremony.

NU'EST makes their comeback on July 9th.

Fans Worry About IU's Health Condition After Seeing Photos On Instagram

Recently, the songstress uploaded a picture of her standing next to a tarp of herself, which is beside a food truck that was sent to her filming set. Uaena, IU's official fan club name, remarked that her collarbone is somewhat more pronounced than before and her face looked smaller. Also, in the latest photo of her together with Sulli that the latter uploaded through her official Instagram account, the fans noticed that she looked much skinnier than usual and so they expressed their concern over her condition.

X1, ‘Produce X 101’ Project Group, Hits Billboard’s Social 50 and Emerging Artist Charts

Even before their official debut arrives, 11-member K-pop group X1 is already making ripples in the scene! According to Billboard’s weekly charts dated August 13, the project boy band -- with members coming from the Mnet survival show-cum-talent search Produce X 101 -- has taken the No. 6 spot on the music magazine’s Social 50 chart.
