"Scandal" season 4 spoilers will revolve around Fitz and Mellie's relationship right after the death of their son, as cast Tony Goldwin said that he will miss Columbus Short who was axed from the show.

Tony Goldwyn dished out "Scandal" season 4 spoilers to Celebified  particularly on Fitz's relationship with his wife, Mellie, just because "they've been through cataclysmic revelations about each other" which eventually "brought them together."

However, Olivia is not totally out of the picture as Tony Goldwyn said that they will still see each other.

"They know what makes the other one tick on the deepest level, and as insane, I think, as it sounds, she trusts him," he said, adding that it means his character have a lot of issues to deal with when the season rolls along.

Earlier, Bellamy Young also revealed "Scandal" season 4 spoilers to TVLine on whether her character Mellie will be back for the premiere season.

"No, because I don't know if we'll come back immediately [in time]. One year, we skipped 10 months in the middle, so I have no idea where we'll start back," she said. "But I can tell you that and as much as [the rape episode] "Everything's Coming Up Mellie" was a devastating table read, that script for our last episode of Season 3."

Meanwhile, Tony Goldwyn told Us Weekly that he will miss working with Columbus Short.

"He's great but on Scandal, like what happened to Dan Bucatinsky [and his character James Novak] last year, you never know when we're gonna survive," he added.

Columbus Short was booted out of the show after he threatened a man and his wife at a restaurant. He told TMZ: "They fired me by sending me a snap chat message. It was fast and it came quick. I almost missed the message because it came so quick."
