Brazil national soccer team recovers from their match against Chile by taking group therapy sessions with a renown sports psychologist Regina Brandao. The pressure that Neymar and company face is tremendous. If the host nation of the World Cup gets anything less than the champion title, the players may have to fear for their lives.

Brazil team coach Luiz Felipe Scolari decided to take hire a renowned sports psychologist Regina Brandao before their team suffered from traumatic plays like the game against Chile that took them to nail-biting penalties. Yahoo Sports reports that the Brazilian players have been getting extra therapy sessions to get themselves extra prepared for their game against Colombia on July 4, 12 p.m. (EST).

The victor of Brazil vs. Colombia will secure a path to the semifinals.

Turns out, Luiz Felipe Scolari and the psychologist Regina Brandao go way back. She has worked with the soccer coach since the late 1990s, back when therapy was a taboo subject for many people.

According to Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo, the psychologist made an "urgent" visit to the team's headquarters.

Neymar seems to really need these therapy session. "I had never done anything like it before and I am quite enjoying it," Neymar said, according to AFP.

Well, good! The fact that athletes are welcoming these sessions show how far we've come in accepting psychological treatments to enhance our mental health.

Neymar added, "It is not only us, in football, who are surrounded by emotion every day and need psychologists. I think it could do every person good, to make one more relaxed."

Brazil team can definitely benefit from being more relaxed. The host nation is tied with Uruguay and Mexico with the most yellow cards in the tournament with eight.
