The game, though not as exciting and well played as the last one produced a drama towards the end. An Argentine player fouled against Jurgen Klinsmann and got sent off the field with a red card. West Germany plucked up its energy and scored against its opponent, taking home the trophy.

Germans are slightly favored to win the game due to their amazing line of midfielders, but that does not mean that Argentines should be ignored. Argentina has yet to play to their potential in this World Cup, but the timing may be right for the team to finally spread their wings.
