"Attack on Titan" movie release date has been revealed!

The live-action film version of the massively successful manga and anime is coming later this year, at least the first part. According to latest news, "Attack On Titan" movie release date is set for November 22, 2014.
For those looking for more Attack on Titan movie news, fans will be delighted to know that a teaser has been released by distributor, Pony Canyon.

Moreover, according to a Kotaku post, the Attack on Titan movie location is set in Battleship Island, "located off the coast of Nagasaki, is officially called Hashima (端島), but nicknamed Gunkanjima (軍艦島), or "Battleship Island," because it resembles a warship in the water."

Furthermore, according to the site, citing Japanese website Sanspo, the Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin Zenpen ~Guren no Yumiya~) live-action film will star Haruma Miura, an actor and a singer. He will play the role of the story's lead character, Eren Yager.

Miura was part of the film adaptation of Gokusen and other movies like Boku no Ita Jikan and Tokyo Park, as noted on Geek Tyrant website.

More about the Attack on Titan movie news, the production for the live-action film adaptation started in 2012, spearheaded by director Shinji Higuchi.
