The third week of July is here and summer has officially kicked off.

Girl's Day has released a great summer single that is both sexy and cute. 2LSON has a sweet melody single; which she sings with her beautiful voice.

The battle between Big Bang's Taeyang, BEAST, and San E and Raina continued on.

Taeyang Remains on Top For This Week

Big Bang's Taeyang remains on top considering all the competition and comebacks that are occurring. His single titled, "Eyes, Nose, Lips" is a slow tempo track; which he expresses his emotion about a past lover. Taeyang sings with his heart; which people can hear the emotion through his voice.

Taeyang remains popular considering Davichi and Younha has released some competitive titles. His single has remained number one on music charts such as Melon and Genie. The popularity of his single continues on because females cannot get enough of seeing him shirtless.

Taeyang's single is popular amongst other K-Pop idols and fans because they have covered his single. Several YG idols performed different versions of Taeyang's single; which were Akdong Musician, Epik High's Tablo, Tablo's daughter Haru, Eric Nam, and ToppDogg.

Taeyang is currently promoting his new single and ladies are feeling the same pain as him each time he performs on the major music shows. While he did not win any trophies last week, his fame amongst the fans continues on this week.

Other Idols Who Ranks On Our Chart; #'s 2-10

Number 2: San E & Raina; "A Midsummer Night's Sweetness"

The beautiful duet between San E and Raina remains number two for this week. Their single titled, "A Midsummer Night's Sweetness" is about the two going out at night; which the two converse and hang out. The night ends with the two going back home and thinking about how sweet the night was and them enjoying their time together. The song is cute because it has a nice tempo; which makes listening enjoyable.

Number 3: Younha; "Umbrella"

Younha has a new single titled, "Umbrella"; which is a remake from hip-hop group Epik High. Younha rearranged the song to make it her own music style. Her single combines a sad melody and fairytale like lyrics; which is used to give off an emotion on how a person will feel on a dark, cloudy, and rainy day. Known for her beautiful voice, Younha ranks number three this week. This single from Epik High, was given to Younha as a present to celebrate her tenth anniversary. Even though Younha's single is a sad one, people are loving how she put her style to Epik High's original single.

Number 4: K.Will; "Day 1"

K.Will climbs one spot for his new single titled, "Day 1." Currently, K.Will is promoting the single and has won already one trophy on 'M! Countdown' last week. Also, on July 9th, K.Will won a trophy on MBC Music's 'Show Champion'; which his agency thanked the fans and said, "We're so thankful that "Day 1" received #1. This is all due to fans' love. We will repay their love with quality music." K.Will's new single is different compared to his previous tracks because this one is upbeat and not a ballad one. While K.Will is promoting, he is appearing on the MBC show, 'Real Men."

Number 5: BEAST; "Good Luck"

BEAST drops two spots considering that they won first place on 'Music Bank', 'Music Core', and 'Inkigayo' last week. Doojoon, Hyunseung, Junhyung, Yoseob, Gikwang, and Dongwoon ranks number five this week. Their powerful new single titled, "Good Luck" gave them many first place trophies on the major music shows. Each of the members thank their fans for all the support and love they have received. BEAST will be performing at the '2014 K-League's All Star' celebrations; which they will bring the same energy just like how they perform on the music shows. The celebrations will kick off on July 25th.

Number 6: Girl's Day; "Darling"

Girl's Day who are comprised of members Minah, Sojin, Hyeri, and Yura are back with a new summer single titled, "Darling." The ladies do sexy and sweet as they wear bikinis and show their colorful personalities. Girl's Day made their comeback with the concept of cute; though, they still add in a few sexy into their music video; which makes them unique. Their new single titled, "Darling" ranks number six this week. The tempo of their single is a jazz sound that combines piano and other instruments. The ladies already kicked off their promotions and had their summer party. Girl's Day makes their comeback on 'M! Countdown' this Thursday.

Number 7: g.o.d; "Sky Blue Promise"

g.o.d and their new single titled, "Sky Blue Promise" ranks number seven this week. Jeff Benjamin from news media Billboard stated, "In the feel-good R&B track, the g.o.d members croon and rap their feelings about returning to the K-pop scene after a decade away. The guys reminisce about their initial promotions (mentioning their former record label JYP Entertainment, on the chorus) and wax about being 30 and 40-year-olds promoting in K-pop today". Jeff further stated, "But the main takeaway is that g.o.d feels guilty about the hiatus, but is overjoyed about reuniting with fans. The title 'Sky Blue Promise' refers to the band's official fan club color and a pledge to said fan club that they said they would return one day". Even though the guys has been on hiatus for ten years, g.o.d has proven that they can still collaborate and produce a great single. Their single has topped nine music charts since the release date; which was July 1st. g.o.d is a three member male group comprised of members Son Ho Young, Danny Ahn, and Kim Tae Woo.

Number 8: 2LSON; "I'm In Love"

2LSON has a new single titled, "I'm In Love"; which ranks number eight this week. 2LSON's single has been sung by Ailee; which she sang this single with her beautiful voice. Ailee singing her single is part of the remake project; which many people are enjoying.

Number 9: AOA; "Short Hair"

AOA's new single titled, "Short Hair" ranks number nine this week. The angels are currently promoting on the music shows each week; which they are wowing the audience with their bright personalities, looks, and outfits. The message of their single is about them starting a fresh life and going to the salon; which they get a new look from stylist Choa. While the ladies are busy promoting their new single, AOA has announced they will attend the "2014 A-Nation-Asia Progress, Departure" concert on August 17th. This is a huge festival in Japan that brings in 700,000 fans each year. AOA has never promoted in Japan yet; so, this will be their break into the Japanese music industry. With this, the angles will release their first photo book; which is projected to be on July 24th. The title of their book will be "Hot Summer"; which the word "HOT" is an abbreviation that means Honey, Oasis, and Twinkle. Pre-release sales for their photo book has already initiated; which was on July 10th.

Number 10: Huh Gak and Eunji; "Break Up To Make Up"

Huh Gak and Jung Eunji are from the same agency and has met again to show their beautiful harmonic voices as they released a duet together. Their single titled, "Break Up To Make Up" ranks number ten this week. The message of their single is like what the title says; couple breaks up and finds out that they miss one another; which they make up and fall in love again.
