Tracy Morgan accident update reveals the "30 Rock" actor joking with the press cameras as he was about to board his SUV. Meanwhile, during the same occasion, the actor has noticeably lost a lot of weight following his car crash.

The "30 Rock" actor was in a cheerful mood last Monday when the press caught up with him outside his home in Cresskill, New Jersey. The comedian was about to board his black Lincoln Navigator when he gave away a peace sign and a huge grin.

From the video release by Entertainment Tonight, a Tracy Morgan accident update was shown particularly of how well he's doing following a fatal car crash that left his friend, James McNair, dead while he and fellow comedian Ardie Fuqua were injured.

Tracy Morgan has shown that while the accident left him relying on a walker these days, the same did not deter his sense of humor. He was clearly game showing off how he has been after being in the hospital for several weeks.

As the comedian was passing through the camera, he said: "I'm okay, I feel strong."

A report by the New York Daily News also revealed that "some of the photographers gave him a brief burst of applause" to which Tracy Morgan replied: "I love you, thank you very much. I appreciate it."

The video also revealed that Tracy Morgan has lost a considerable amount of weight following the ordeal he had to go through.

Recently, Tracy Morgan accident update revealed that the actor is suing Wal-Mart for its participation in the car crash.

"As a result of Wal-Mart's gross, reckless, wilful, wanton, and intentional conduct, it should be appropriately punished with the imposition of punitive damages," BBC reported, quoting court papers.

Wal-Mart, on their part, issued a statement that was published via E! News.

"We are deeply sorry that one of our trucks was involved. As we've said, we're cooperating fully in the ongoing investigation. We know it will take some time to resolve all of the remaining issues as a result of the accident, but we're committed to doing the right thing for all involved," it said.
