AOA Prepare To Greet Fans Across Japan In Anticipation Of Group's First Release In South Korea's Neighboring Nation

Girl group AOA will begin their Japanese activities and promotions starting January of 2015.

Media officials revealed that AOA would begin Japan activities to promote their album starting in January.

AOA is currently still in talks as to what type of activities and promotions they will be holding in Japan. They are planning to hold a promotion event as well as other fan service type events in order to meet with their fans on a more personal level.

On October 1, AOA made their debut in Japan with their single, Miniskirt, and received a positive response from fans.

On the first day of the single’s release they ranked number 3 on the Oricon Chart Top 10 and revealed their popularity.

October 1 also was confirmed to be ‘AOA Day’ in Japan to celebrate their official debut.

After their debut in Japan, the group’s popularity rose due to their fans and to the general public.

On the other hand, AOA is currently busy with their new song, “Like A Cat.”

For this EP, the group worked with Brave Brother’s once again. They had worked with Brave Brothers before for their earlier songs from this year including, “Miniskirt” and “Short Hair.”

“Like A Cat” reveals a more seductive and mature image of the group.

AOA debuted in 2012 under FNC Entertainment with their single, Angel’s Story.
