Japan Invents A Water Cake That Disappears If You Don't Eat It Quickly Enough

A Japanese company has Invented a disappearing 'Water Cake' that must be eaten in 30 Minutes. It's called Mizu Shingen Mochi and it's typically served with syrup and soybean flour. The clear, jelly-like concoction is so delicate that it needs to be consumed in less than 30 minutes, after which it will turn into a sweet puddle of water. What kind of sorcery is this?
