Watch “Isuca” Anime Episode One Premiere Live Stream Free Online: Shinichiro Asano Discovers Specters And Sakuya, The Girl Who Destroys Them

Yesterday marked the premiere of the anime adaptation of "Isuca." Episode one entitled "Chance Meeting" was streamed to fans outside of Japan via Crunchyroll. For those without subscriptions, below are two links to places where you can stream episodes of "Isuca" for free online.

Synopsis:

Episode one begins with a mysterious woman removing her coat and being completely naked underneath. Then suddenly the woman transforms into a centipede. She tries to attack a boy but she's shot in the head with an arrow by a girl in the distance. This is Sakuya Shimazu and she has just saved Shinichiro Asano.

The next day at school Ohkubo asks Asano what he's thinking about and reasons it must be the girls in gym class, specifically their boobs. Later in the hallway he runs into Sakuya who is running down the stairs. He apologizes but she stomps on his foot seemingly by accident. It would appear that Sakuya has a lot of fans at school, even if Ohkubo only focuses on the boobs.

Asano meanwhile tries to go find a job since his parents have left him to fend for himself while training in Europe. Later Asano encounters another monster at school, but it seems to be scared off by the threat of Sakuya's arrow. Asano wants to warn other students about the monster and runs into a mysterious woman who has been trapped by an arrow. Sakuya reveals that the girl is not human and plans to shoot her again.

The woman turns into a spirit/monster and runs away. Meanwhile, Sakuya stomps on Asano for ruining her capture. She then demands to know how he removed her arrow. On the way to capturing the cat monster, Sakuya reveals that they are specters or spirits of the dead that don't belong in their world. It is her job to seal them as apart of her family legacy.

Asano is somehow permitted inside a barrier that blocks humans. They head in the school looking for the specter. Sakuya manages to subdue the cat specter but it turns out she's not responsible for the chaos. It's instead a lightning specter. Sakuya shoots it with an arrow but it doesn't seem to work. It instead begins to absorb the electricity of the city. Sakuya tries several attacks but instead has her life force taken.

Asano convinces the cat specter to save Sakuya and once again they end up in a compromising situation. This time he lands on top of her and they kiss. But the kiss leads to a resurgence of power within Sakuya. She slays the lightning specter finally. But now she's left naked in front of Asano save for his jacket. The cat specter tries to leave but Sakuya still turns her bow onto her.
