14-Year-Old Schoolgirl Sends Facebook Messages While Being Raped: 'Help...Raping Me' She Writes To Sister [PHOTO]

A 14-year-old girl sent Facebook messages from her phone while she was being raped in the woods near her home in north Wales, according to the Daily Mail.

"Help," the 14-year-old girl wrote in a frantic Facebook message to her sister.

"Raping me," read a second message.

Although the girl's mother and sister raced to where the girl was, they were too late. They found her collapsed by the side of the road.

Tuesday in Mold Crown Court, David Edgerton, 22, confessed to abducting and raping the 14-year-old girl in Leeswood, Wales back in August.  He also confessed to assault with intent to commit a sex offence, for a 10-year-old girl in Chester in 2011.

Edmonton denied several other sexual assaults he was charged with, including raping a woman in her 40s at her apartment in Warrington, Cheshire, last August and the attempted rape of a 20-year-old woman at her home in Connah's Quay in 2009.

An alleged heroin addict, Edmonton had tried to abduct a different 13-year-old just hours before the August rape, but the girl was too scared to go with him, according to British newspaper The Mirror.

The 22-year-old serial sex offender allegedly asked the 14-year-old girl for directions before dragging her into the woods and raping her.

"He held her tightly, grabbed her hair and threatened her not to raise the alarm," prosecutor John Philpotts said in Mold crown court on Tuesday, adding. "Despite her ordeal, she was able to send messages."

In addition to the crimes he confessed to, Edmonton was also found guilty for the attempted abduction of the 13-year-old girl.

"The sentence you'll later receive will be a very long one," Judge Merfyn Hughes told Edmonton.
