FTISLAND Members Celebrate The Band's 8th Anniversary Since Debut
Several of FTISLAND's five members took to Instagram to express their thanks towards fans for the past eight years.
Leader Choi Jong Hoon, lead vocalist Lee Hongki, guitarist Song Seung Hyun, and drummer Choi Minhwan all took to Instagram to thank fans for supporting FTISLAND over the years. Some of the members shared selfies, while others shared a fanmade image from the group's anniversary fanmeeting.
June 7 marks the eighth year of FTISLAND's career.
FTISLAND's leader Choi Jong Hoon shared a simple image of the group's official anniversary logo, which was also shared by Song Seung Hyun and Lee Hongki. Each wrote simple messages, thanking fans for the support in the past and hoping for support in the future.
Lee Hongki shared the most pictures on Instagram to celebrate the group's eighth anniversary. He comically shared an image of the comments section, calling out the rapper Jessi for saying "Ya" in the comments and asking her if she was bored.
The group's drummer, Choi Minhwan, skipped the formal anniversary picture and instead posted a selfie. Lee Hongki also shared a selfie, commemorating both FTISLAND and SS501's anniversaries.
Only bassist Lee Jaejin did not share congratulatory messages on Instagram, but the band's company, FNC Entertainment, shared an image and message on behalf of all of the members on the official Facebook.
"Dear Primadonna [FTISLAND's fanclub,]" began the message. "Thanks for being with ‪FTISLAND for 8 years, 2,920 days, 70,080 hours, 4,204,800min, 252,288,000sec!"
