Girls’ Generation’s ‘Lion Heart’ Sweeps 7 Real Time Music Charts Upon Release

Girls' Generation's newest single "Lion Heart" is sweeping over the music charts.

The song was released at noon on August 18, and by 6 PM KST, it had topped seven real time music charts - Genie, Olleh, Mnet, Bugs, Naver Music, Soribada, Monkey3.

"Lion Heart" is a track with retro melodies. Its lyrics compare a wild lion to a boyfriend who keeps looking at other women. It also reveals the girlfriend's determination to tame the lion.

Meanwhile, Girls' Generation released their second title track "You Think" at 0 AM KST of August 19. The group will officially begin promoting their 5th studio album "Lion Heart" on August 21 through KBS Music Bank.
