Rumor Solved: How BoA Learned To Dance
Rumor had it that Kim Wan Sun and DJ Koo were BoA’s past role models. While making channel A’s show “Show King”, the hosts decided it was time to get to the bottom of this and go directly to the sources, Kim Wan Sun and DJ Koo.
The hosts asked Kim Wan Sun, “We heard that you were a big part in BoA becoming the star she is today. Apparently CEO Lee Soo Man approached your aunt and asked for some help?” Sun replied by saying “He did come over pretty often and a little while after BoA debuted, he asked me, “Hey, Wan Sun. Could you teach BoA how to dance?”, and I told him that I would." Looking at BoA’s performances and how large of a celebrity she is, there is no doubt regarding how talented DJ Koo and Kim Wan Sun are.
DJ Koo followed Kim Wan Sun and further elaborated his influence on SM’s first generation dance group, ‘Hyun Jin Young and Wawa‘. Upon hearing that, the audience was filled with jovial laughter. Looks like these guys can do more than just dance and make amazing music.
